Wheatgrass Juice Recipe
Wheatgrass is teamed up with strong citrus and mellow coconut resulting in a delicious juice with all of the benefits and none of the bitterness.
Ingredients
wheatgrass | 1.92 oz | 54 g | 4 1/2 cups chopped wheatgrass |
orange (peeled) | 11.72 oz | 332 g | 2 1/2 medium oranges |
coconut water | 3.6 fl oz | 106 ml | 1/2 cup coconut water |
lime | 1.32 oz | 37 g | 2/3 lime |
ginger | 0.43 oz | 12 g | 1 1/2 inch chunk of ginger root |
turmeric | 0.26 oz | 7 g | 3/4 inch chunk of turmeric root |
Directions

Wash the produce thoroughly.

Peel the orange and and place directly into the press. Cut the lime (leaving the skin on) and also place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, juice with the rest of the ingredients.

Grind wheatgrass, ginger, and turmeric together and press.

Mix in the coconut water.

Orange peels have a bitter flavor, so be sure to remove them before juicing!

Start slow! Don’t drink this juice every day at first. Wait until your body gets used to wheatgrass, or you may have some unpleasant side effects from this grass juice.
