Pomegranate Pear Juice Recipe
This festive juice pairs ripe pomegranates and orange with pear, grape, and red cabbage, while fusing basil and fennel for another layer of flavor.
Ingredients
pomegranate arils | 2.25 oz | 64 g | 2/3 cup of pomegranate arils |
orange (peeled) | 4.95 oz | 140 g | 1 medium orange |
pear | 8.91 oz | 253 g | 1 1/2 medium pears |
red cabbage | 0.72 oz | 20 g | 1 medium leaf |
fennel | 0.6 oz | 17 g | 1 slice off a bulb |
basil | 0.135 oz | 4 g | 4 basil leaves |
grapes | 3.3 oz | 94 g | 20 grapes |
Directions

Wash the produce thoroughly.

Pick the grapes from the stems, peel the orange, remove the really green portion of fennel, reserving the white portions for juicing.
