How to Make Lemon Mint Juice (with Spices!) & Pudina Juice Recipe
Like mint lemonade with Indian spices, this ultra refreshing drink is a must-try if you love mint.
Ingredients
fresh mint leaves | 0.1 oz | 3 g | 3 leaves |
lemon | 0.6 oz | 17 g | 1/4 lemon |
pear | 9 oz | 255 g | 1 1/2 medium pears |
green apple | 7.2 oz | 204 g | 1 1/4 medium apples |
ginger | 0.2 oz | 6 g | 2 slices (1" diameter) |
cucumber | 1 oz | 28 g | 1/8 cucumber |

Directions
If You Have a Juice Press

Make the Chaat Masala mixture. See Chaat Masala Recipe

Quarter the lemons (unpeeled) and place them in the press bag.

Add the Chaat Masala to the press bag on top of the lemon.

Grind the remaining ingredients and press.
If You Do Not Have a Juice Press

Peel and quarter the lemons.

Juice the other ingredients together.

Combine the juice and Chaat Masala in a blender and blend until smooth.

Strain the whole mixture.
Pro tips

Fan of frozen mint lemonade? Blend the finished drink with some ice cubes. Probably makes great popsicles too!

Mojito drinker? Add rum for the best mojito variation you’ve ever tasted!

Make sure you peel the lemons if you aren’t using a juice press. The peels may cause a bitter flavor.

If mint stems are tender and green, you can use them as well as the leaves!
