Honey Mint Cucumber Juice
With only five ingredients, this cucumber juice is simple and easy to make, yet the mint and honey give it an amazingly complex flavor.
Ingredients
cucumber | 9.4 oz | 266 g | 1 large cucumber |
orange (peeled) | 6.3 oz | 179 g | 1 1/2 medium oranges |
spinach | 0.82 oz | 23 g | 3/4 cup of spinach |
mint | 0.25 oz | 7 g | 5 mint leaves |
honey | 0.2 oz | 6 g | 1 1/4 teaspoons |
Directions
-
Wash produce thoroughly.
-
Peel the orange and pick the mint from the stems.
-
Weigh the ingredients.
-
Juice the produce together.
-
Add the honey to a bowl and slowly whisk in the juice until dissolved.
Pro tips
-
If the mint stems are green and soft you can juice those as well.
-
Orange peels impart a bitter flavor, so be sure to remove them before juicing.
-
We used regular cucumbers, but English cucumbers will do as well. (If you make yours with English cucumbers, let us know how it was in the comments!)
-
Garnish with a slice of cucumber on the rim or a sprig of mint to take your presentation up a notch.
