Green Tea Matcha Smoothie
This healthy green smoothie will refresh you in an instant! An energizing blend of green tea, grapes, mint, and honey all in one flavorful sip.
Ingredients
green grapes | 5.3 oz | 167 g | ~32 grapes |
matcha tea powder | 0.05 oz | 1.4 g | 1/2 teaspoon |
water | 3 fl oz | 85 g | 1/3 cup |
instant oat milk powder | 0.1 oz | 3 g | 1 teaspoon |
ice | 3 oz | 85 g | ~1/3 cup |
mint | 0.05 oz | 1.4 g | 1-2 mint leaves |
raw honey | 0.35 oz | 10 g | 1/2 tablespoon |
Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until desired consistency is reached (about 1 minute). Take care not to over-blend.
Pro Tips

If the mint stems are green and soft you can blend those as well.

We like to use JOI's Instant Organic Oat Milk Powder, which is a great choice for its convenience and shelf life. If you don't have any on hand, you can omit the powder and water and sub in 3 ounces (a little more than 1/3 cup) of regular oat milk or other plant-based milk.
