This juice recipe infuses lemon and lavender with pear and grapes for a crisp, soothing experience.
Ingredients
red grape | 9.5 oz | 269 g | 1 1/2 cups grapes |
pear | 9.5 oz | 269 g | 1 1/2 medium pears |
lemon | 0.49 oz | 14 g | 1/4 medium lemon |
lavender (dried buds) | 0.1 oz | 3 g | 6 flower buds |
Directions
-
Wash and weigh the produce.
-
Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
-
Grind remaining ingredients together and press.
-
Take the dried lavender buds and crush them using your fingers, then add them to the juice.
Pro tips
-
The sweetness of your juice will depend on the ripeness of your grapes.
-
Adding a splash of carbonated water will turn your juice into a fizzy drink, like sparkling grape juice!
