ginger | 6 oz |
lemon | 6 oz |
red apple | 5 oz |

Grind the produce and press.
Pour into three 4 oz servings or down all 12 oz at once for a powerful dose of nutrients! (experienced juicers only)
Pro Tips
No need to peel the ginger, it actually has a light gingery flavor and some nutritional value as well.
If turmeric root is unavailable, you can sub ground turmeric. For every 1 ounce of turmeric root, use 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Did you know lemon juice is alkalizing? In its original state it is acidic with a pH of about 2, but once metabolized in the body, it becomes alkaline with a pH of 7+.
Adjust to your taste! You can add less apple for more punch, or more apple to make it like a cider.
