Directions
-
Pick mint if stems are brown and woody, it's ok to use the stem if green.
-
Pick grapes from the vine and quarter the lemon, place both directly into the press.
-
Grind the remaining ingredients and press.
-
Add 1 teaspoon of genmaicha tea leaves to the juice and allow to steep in the cooler for about 15-20 minutes, then strain and bottle.
Pro Tips
-
If you don't have any genmaicha tea on hand, you can substitute another sencha green tea.
-
Your cucumbers should be dark green with minimal to no yellow spots – these spots tend to develop once the cucumber becomes overly ripe. If your cucumbers are organic, leave the peel on, making sure to remove the wax with a veggie wash.
-
If the mint stems are green and soft you can juice those as well.
