Summertime Super Fruit Smoothie Bowl
This dragon fruit (pitaya) smoothie bowl featuring banana, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, and mango, is full of tropical flavors making it the perfect super fruit treat for summertime.

For the Smoothie Bowl Base:
dragon fruit aka pitaya (frozen) | 3.5 oz | 100 g | 1 smoothie pack or 10-12 cubes |
pineapple (frozen) | 3.5 oz | 100 g | just under 1/2 cup |
coconut water | 4.2 fl oz | 119 g | 1/2 cup |
honey | 0.7 oz | 20 g | 1 tablespoon |
banana (frozen) | 1.4 oz | 40 g | half a small banana |
mango (frozen) | 2.7 oz | 77 g | 1/2 cup |
For Toppings:
kiwi | 1.5 oz | 43 g | 1/2 of a fruit |
grapes | 1.5 oz | 43 g | small handful |
mango (fresh) | 1 oz | 28 g | 1/6 to 1/4 of a fruit |
honey | 0.25 oz | 7 g | 1/2 tablespoon |
granola | 2.5 oz | 71 g | 3/4 cup |
shredded coconut | 1 oz | 28 g | 1/3 cup |
Directions

To make the smoothie bowl base, add all base ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, about one minute. Spread into a bowl.

Peel, dice or half the fruit topping ingredients. Layer the fruit on top of the smoothie bowl base.

Sprinkle the shredded coconut and drizzle the honey over the bowl.
