Christmas Cranberry Punch
This easy Christmas Punch is the best festive juice recipe for the holidays! Made with fresh, cold-pressed juice and a touch of warming chai spice.
Ingredients
cranberry (fresh or frozen) | 2 oz | 57 g | 3/4 cup |
red apple | 13.5 oz | 383 g | 2 sm-med apples |
ginger | 0.2 oz | 5.7 g | 3/4 inch ginger or 1/8 tsp powder |
lime | 0.5 oz | 14 g | 1/3 sm-med lime |
chai spice | 0.02 oz | 0.6 g | ~1/2 teaspoon (use less if adding directly to juice) |
Directions
-
Quarter the lime and place into the press bag, or peel and juice with the rest of the ingredients if you don't have a press.
-
Grind all produce, add chai spice to the press bag on top of the ground pulp, and press. If you don't have a juice press, juice all fruit and ginger, then whisk the spices into the juice.
-
Bottle juice, or add chilled juice to a punch bowl and garnish with slices of limes and frozen cranberries.
Pro Tips
-
Chef Ari's pro tip is to add the chai spice into the press bag on top of the ground produce so that you get a nice filtered juice with all the chai flavor and none of the floating specks.

We like to use the Chai Masala by Spicewalla but you can also make your own, check out the diy instructions in this recipe post: Apple Crisp Smoothie Recipe.
-
There is no need to peel the ginger, just juice with the rest of the fruits.
-
If you don't have any ginger root, you can sub ground ginger. For every 1 oz (28g) of ginger root, use 1 teaspoon of ginger powder.
