Fruity Carrot Smoothie Recipe
This immune-boosting fruity carrot smoothie features classic flavor combinations that go well with carrots like orange, pineapple, and ginger.
Ingredients
carrot | 2.5 oz | 71 g | 1 large carrot |
ginger | 0.1 oz | 3 g | 1/3 inch ginger root |
turmeric | 0.1 oz | 3 g | 1/3 inch turmeric root |
orange juice | 4 fl oz | 118 ml | 1/2 cup juice |
banana (frozen) | 3 oz | 85 g | 2/3 medium banana |
pineapple (frozen) | 3 oz | 85 g | 1/2 cup pineapple |
bee pollen powder (optional) | 0.1 oz | 3 g | 1 teaspoon pollen |
Directions

If making orange juice from oranges, start by cold press the oranges to make the orange juice ingredient. If you're using pre-made orange juice, skip to step 2.

Peel the carrots, turmeric, and ginger.

Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
