Apple Crisp Smoothie

Ingredients
green apple (large diced, frozen) | 4 oz | 113 g | 1/2 large apple |
banana (frozen chunks) | 1.5 oz | 43 g | 1/3 large banana |
oat milk | 6 fl oz | 170 g | 3/4 cup |
maple syrup | 0.5 fl oz | 20 g | 1 tablespoon |
ginger (peeled) | 0.05 oz | 1.5 g | ~1/4 inch |
granola | 0.5 oz | 14 g | 2 tablespoons |
chai masala spice | 0.01 oz | 0.3 g | ~1/4 teaspoon |
vanilla paste (or extract) | 0.01 | 0.3 | ~1/4 teaspoon |
Directions

Peel the ginger and add to the blender.

Remove previously frozen banana and apple from the freezer and add to the blender.

Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, about one minute.

Feel free to sub in almond milk or your favorite unflavored plant based milk.

Be careful not to use too much ginger. Ginger can vary in its flavor potency, if your ginger smells really strong, use less than the recipe measurement.
