Rooibos Tea Latte Recipe With Almond Milk
Learn how to make an almond milk tea latte with our chef created recipe. This milk latte is made special with nootropics (cognitive enhancers), rooibos tea and rhodiola root powder.
Ingredients
rhodiola root powder | 0.15 oz | 4.25 g | 1 teaspoon |
rooibos tea | 0.3 oz | 8.5 g | 2 teaspoons |
water | 16.17 fl oz | 473 g | 2 cups + 1 tsp |
honey | 1.8 oz | 51 g | 2 1/2 tablespoons |
almond milk | 21.75 fl oz | 617 g | 2 3/4 cups |
Directions

Heat water to boiling, remove from heat.

Add rooibos tea, let steep for 30 seconds, then add in everything else but the honey.

Strain mixture and stir in the honey.

Pour into three 12 oz servings. Each 12 oz serving is 120 calories.
