These two tasty juice recipes were created by Chef Gary FX LaMorte using his Goodnature X-1 Mini. Enjoy!
Christmas Antioxidants
Yields: 36 oz
Tasting Notes: Savory and tart, garlic is present but enjoyable.
16.5 oz | organic cranberry |
6.77 oz | meyer lemon (skin on) |
2.36 oz | ginger |
14.32 oz | pomegranate (arils only) |
4.93 oz | clementine orange |
.88 oz | garlic |
1 whole | opal apple |
Directions:
- Wash, then prep and weigh produce.
- Grind and press all ingredients together, using the ‘batch’ setting.
- Chill
- Enjoy!
Red Cabbage & Grape Aid
Yields: 40 oz
Tasting Notes: Really vibrant purple, earthy and well balanced.
58.38 oz | red cabbage |
3 oz | ginger (skin on) |
17.28 oz | midnight moon black grapes (sub plum in season) |
2.65 oz | lime (rind off) |
3.92 oz | orange (rind off) |
Directions:
- Wash, then prep and weigh produce.
- Grind and press all ingredients together, using the ‘batch’ setting.
- Chill
